Privacy Information on the Processing of Personal Data
This privacy information is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) by AGIC (Associazione Gioco e Intrattenimento in Concessione) as the data controller (“Controller”) to inform you about the processing of your personal data acquired while browsing and using the website <www.agicassociazione.it> (hereinafter “the Website”). This information applies exclusively to the Website and does not extend to any third-party websites accessible via links.

  1. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

    • Browsing Data: The IT systems and software procedures used for the operation of this Website acquire certain personal data during their normal operation.     The data collected for the purposes described in section 1(b) will be retained for as long as you continue to receive the newsletter. Upon revocation of consent, we will proceed with the deletion of the related data.
    The data collected for the purposes described in section 1(c) will be retained for the time necessary to respond to your requests.

      When processing is based on the user’s consent, the Controller may retain personal data longer until such consent is revoked. Additionally, the Controller may be required to retain personal data for a longer period to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
      At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised after the retention period has expired.
